Franklin Comprehensive Mental Health Screening Program

Ms. Rausch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $65,000 shall be expended for the continued implementation of a universal mental health screening program for students in grades 7 and 9 for the 2023-2024 school year in the city known as the town of Franklin”; and by striking out the figure “$1,250,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$1,315,000”.
