Ms. Jehlen moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4590-1507, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for The Center for Teen Empowerment, Inc.”; and

by striking out the figure “7,200,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$7,275,000”
