BSAS Technical Assistance to Substance Use Treatment Providers

Messrs. Cronin, Keenan, Gomez and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by inserting the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended for the bureau to provide technical assistance and training to the service systems of medication management, medication-assisted treatment and treatment of co-occurring disorders”; and by striking out the figure "$197,928,851" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$202,928,851".
