EcoTarium Zoological Park

Mr. Moore and Ms. Kennedy moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0952, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the Worcester Natural History Society, doing business as the EcoTarium Museum of Science and Nature in the city of Worcester, for its zoological park to support the daily care of the animals, community education programming and capital improvements to animal habitats”; and by striking out the figure “$5,200,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$5,450,000”.
