Drought Management and Water Supply Resiliency

Messrs. Tarr and Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2000-0100, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to enter into an agreement with the metropolitan area planning district established in section 26 of chapter 40B of the General Laws to support the development of regional drought management and drinking supply resilience plans in Essex county; provided further, that funds may be used for administrative costs but shall not exceed 10 per cent of the value of the agreement”; and by striking out the figure “$18,598,482” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$18,748,482”.
