Black Economic Council of Massachusetts

Ms. Miranda and Mr. O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after the word "projects" the following:- "; provided further, that no less than $750,000 shall be expended for Black Economic Council of Massachusetts (BECMA)": and by striking out the figure "100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure:- "850,000".
