Time Extension for compliance with MGL Ch.40A, 3A

Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor and Fattman moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following section:-

"SECTION_. Notwithstanding any law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, the time for municipal compliance with the requirements of Chapter 40A, S. 3A of the general laws, shall be extended for not less than 1 year from the date prescribed by the guidelines promulgated by the executive office of housing and living communities as required under said Section 3A of Chapter40A."
