Messrs. Tarr, Eldridge and Gomez, Ms. Rausch and Messrs. Fattman, Mark, Payano, Collins, Feeney, O'Connor, Pacheco, Montigny and Keenan moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2511-0111, by striking the figure, "$10,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following:-"$15,000,000"
