Shelter Providers Rate Study

Messrs. Tarr, Fattman and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0101, by adding at the end of the item the following:- "; provided further, that not later than October 1, 2024, the office shall conduct a study of rates for emergency shelter providers to establish a rate setting process commensurate to the process established under chapter 257 of the acts of 2008".
