Allowable Net Metering - Donut Hole

Ms. Lovely and Mr. Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 107 the following section:-

“SECTION 107A. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the department of public utilities shall implement section 139 of chapter 164 of the General Laws, as amended by sections 54 and 55 of chapter 179 of the acts of 2022, not later than November 30, 2024.”.
