Messrs. Payano, Moore, Lewis and Mark, Ms. Miranda, Messrs. Keenan, Eldridge, Gomez, Velis and Oliveira, Ms. Jehlen and Messrs. Collins, Kennedy, O'Connor, Montigny and Cronin moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0040, by striking out the figure "$5,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$10,000,000".
