Child safety Program in Winthrop

Ms. Edwards moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for a child safety program in the city known as the town of Winthrop; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$175,000".
