Mr. Lewis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0107, by adding the following words:- "provided, that not less than $60,000 shall be expended to Housing Families, Inc. to purchase transport vans"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$160,000”.
