Requiring a Competitive Bidding Process

Messrs. Tarr and Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting at the end the following section:-

"SECTION___. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any funds expended for the purpose of providing services  through the emergency housing assistance program shall be subject to a competitive bidding process."
