Ms. Edwards moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7006-0011, by striking the word “funds” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “; not less than $1,500,000”; and in said item by striking out the figure “$1,500,000” both times it appears, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$3,050,000”.
