Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 76 the following section: -

“SECTION 76A. Item 1100-2516 of section 2 of chapter 140 of the acts of 2022 is hereby amended by striking the words "to the city of Boston" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Dorchester, Inc.".
