Mass Animal Fund

Messrs. Tarr, Velis, Eldridge, Mark, Keenan, Montigny, Payano, O'Connor, Moore, Pacheco, Gomez and Feeney moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2511-0100, by adding the following words: - "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Homeless Animal Prevention and Care Fund established in section 35WW of chapter 10 of the General Laws"; and by striking out the figure "$11,120,744" and inserting in place thereof the following figure: -"$11,220,744".
