Repealing the Sunset on Co-Pay Assistance

Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section ___ the following section:- 

“SECTION ____. Sections 131 and 226 of Chapter 139 of the Acts of 2012 are hereby repealed."
