Merrimack River Combined Sewer Overflow Reduction

Messrs. Tarr, Payano, Finegold and Kennedy moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2200-0100, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Merrimack River Watershed Council, Inc. for a regional approach to reducing combined sewer overflows in the Merrimack river”; and by striking out the figure “$54,009,482” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$54,109,482”.
