Messrs. Cyr, Payano, Tarr, Gomez and O'Connor, Ms. Miranda and Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4510-0710, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for a grant to the New England Medical Association to support training, recruiting and retention of physicians across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts”; and by striking out the figure “$18,414,955” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$18,514,955".
