Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following words: "; provided further,  that no less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the Suffolk Sheriff-Boston Medical Center specialized Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Initiative at the Nashua Street Jail in Boston; and by striking out the figure "194,427,031" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$195,427,031".
