Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemeteries

Messrs. Velis and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section ___ the following section:- 

“SECTION ___. Section 9 of Chapter 115 of the general laws is hereby amended by inserting after the last sentence the following sentence:-

In Massachusetts State Veterans Memorial Cemeteries, the secretary of veterans’ services shall promulgate regulations to allow for personal flags to be permitted and placed as decorations on cemetery grounds in a reasonable manner during cemetery operating hours, without date or time restrictions.”
