Powers of the Massachusetts State College Building Authority

Messrs. Oliveira and Mark moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section ____the following section:-

“SECTION _______. Section 3 of chapter 703 of the acts of 1963, as most recently amended by section 2 of chapter 290 of the acts of 1998, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “designed primarily for housing, feeding, medical care, parking, athletics and cultural and extracurricular and other student life activities and services primarily.”
