Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor, Moore and Montigny moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2511-0111, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $400,000 shall be provided to the Department of Fish and Game for its program to support Massachusetts fisheries and related food pantries"; and by striking out the figure "$10,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$10,400,000".
