Transitioning Seasonal Ferry Services

Messrs. Keenan and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2F, in item 1596-2408, by inserting after the words "effectiveness data" the following words:- "; provided further, that funds allocated through this program shall prioritize (i) transitioning seasonal ferry services to year-round, full-time operations or (ii) facilitating dedicated ferry routes for municipalities sharing ferry services".
