Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section ____, the following section:-

"SECTION ___. Subsection (c) of said section 53 of said chapter 176 is hereby amended by striking out the figure “2023” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "2025.”
