Strengthening CHIA Data Reporting

Mr. Montigny moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 34, by striking out, in line 585, the word “may”, both times it appears, and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “shall”; and

in said section 34, by adding the following sentence:- “The center may promulgate regulations to define “just cause” for the purpose of this section.”
