Diversifying the Housing Workforce

Ms. Miranda moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in line item 7004-0081, by inserting the following:- “provided further, that grants in this item shall include a preference status in eligibility for minority owned business enterprises (MBE) certified by the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office".
