Ethics Committee Membership Equity

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Muradian of Grafton, Vieira of Falmouth and Smola of Warren move to amend the order in proposed rule 16, by striking the second sentence contained in lines 269 through 271, inclusive, and inserting in place thereof the following:-

"The committee shall consist of 8 members, 4 of whom shall be appointed by the Speaker, 4 of whom shall be appointed by the Minority Leader."
