Adoption of Joint Standing Committee Rules of Procedure

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Muradian of Grafton, Vieira of Falmouth and Smola of Warren move to amend the order in proposed Joint Rule 1, in line 50, by inserting after the word "procedure" the following:-

"; provided, however, that no matter referred to a joint standing committee shall be reported to either branch until such time as the joint standing committee has adopted these rules of procedure"
