Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Muradian of Grafton, Vieira of Falmouth and Smola of Warren move to amend the order in proposed Joint Rule 12A, in line 620, by inserting, after the word "Constitution" the following:-

"; provided, however, that all such matters taken up under the provisions of this rule shall be subject to a roll call vote"
