Formal Session Notification

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Muradian of Grafton, Vieira of Falmouth and Smola of Warren move to amend the order in proposed Joint Rule 12A, by inserting after the first sentence the following:-

"Members shall be provided with a minimum of two weeks notice before the formal business matters delineated in this rule are scheduled to be taken up for consideration and a vote."
