Amendment #4 to H2026

General Court  Audits

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Muradian of Grafton, Vieira of Falmouth and Smola of Warren move to amend the order by inserting after proposed rule 35, the following proposed rule:

"Rule 35A. A copy of any and all audits of the general court conducted by the state auditor under authority provided by section 11 of chapter 12 of the General Laws shall be published on the general court website in a conspicuous place within 72 hours of receipt from the state auditor."
