Committee Poll Notification

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Muradian of Grafton, Vieira of Falmouth and Smola of Warren move to amend the order in proposed Joint Rule 1D by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

"If the committee uses an electronic poll, the committee must notify all committee members of the branch calling the vote at least 12 hours in advance that they should expect a poll to be released.”
