Tracking Veteran Suicides

Messrs. Fattman and Tarr move to amend the bill by inserting after section x the following section:-

"SECTION X. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the executive office of veterans services shall develop a program to track all suicides among veterans in the Massachusetts National Guard. This program shall be developed in accordance with all state and federal privacy laws. This program shall be operational no later than 6 months following the passage of this act."
