Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves that the House concur with the Senate in its amendment with a further amendment in Section 26 (as changed by the committee on Bills in the Third Reading), in line 464, striking out the words “or state election” and inserting in place thereof the following: “election after March 31, 2026”.
