Ludlow Mills Industrial Complex

Mr. Saunders of Belchertown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after the word “projects” the following:- “provided that not less than $350,000 shall be expended for the Westmass Area Development Corporation to offset and pay any and all costs incurred and related to, but not limited to, operational costs and expenses involved with the revitalization of the Ludlow Mills Industrial Complex”; and in said idtem by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$$450,000”.
