Amendment #1002 to H4000

Mr. Saunders of Belchertown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7007-0952, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Lupa Zoo in Ludlow"; and in said item, by striking out the figures “$5,750,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$5,775,000”.
