Amendment #1004 to H4000

Hearth Inc.

Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-1604, by adding the following: “; provided further, not less than $250,000 shall be granted to Hearth, Inc. for upgrades and other improvements, including those necessary for the operation of facilities operated by Hearth Inc. in the city of Boston".
