Amendment #1007 to H4000

Town of Maynard - $250,000 for the mitigation of drinking water quality issues

Ms. Hogan of Stow moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2250-2000, in line 3 by inserting after the word “General Laws” the following: “provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the Town of Maynard for the continuation of mitigating water resource issues” and in said item by striking out the figures “$2,459,359” and inserting in place thereof “$2,709,359.”
