Amendment #1010 to H4000

Senator Bill Owens Center

Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7066-0000, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the University of Massachusetts Boston to support the renaming of the Center for African, Caribbean & Community Development as the Senator Bill Owens Center, including installation of markers and commemorative programming".
