Mr. Galvin of Canton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0000, in line 41, by inserting after “management” the following: “; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Holbrook Regional Emergency Communication Center”; and in said item by striking out the figures "43,236,398" and inserting in place thereof the figures "43,336,398"
