Amendment #1024 to H4000

Amherst Regional High School Performing Arts Department

Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, in line 6, by inserting after “Laws” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 be expended to Amherst Regional High School Performing Arts Department to make technological repairs and infrastructure improvements”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$150,000".
