Network to End Homelessness

Ms. Sabadosa of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7004-0102, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the United Way of Pioneer Valley on behalf of the Western Massachusetts Network to End Homelessness to facilitate regional coordination across Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire Counties to prevent and end homelessness with a Housing First approach that centers racial equity."
