Amendment #1041 to H4000

Ms. Ferrante of Gloucester moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2300-0100, by adding the following:-

“and provided further, that funds shall be expended by the department's office of biodiversity for efforts to increase biodiversity and to protect and prepare vulnerable maritime ecosystems from climate impacts and unlock their potential for carbon sequestration”

and by striking the figures “2,181,542” and inserting in place thereof the figures “2,268,915”
