Amendment #1049 to H4000
Perinatal Mental Health Trust Fund
Mrs. Fluker-Reid of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1503, in line 12, by inserting after the words “eligible for this program”, the following: “; and provided further that, for grant funds under section 16GG of chapter 6A of the General Laws, as amended by Chapter 186 of the Acts of 2024, the department shall award not less than $350,000 for grants to eligible entities serving perinatal individuals” and in said item by striking out the figures “$12,853,103” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$13,203,103”.
