EMS patient management and transport equipment

Mr. Vaughn of Wrentham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0050 by adding the following:-“provided further, that not less than $62,500 shall be expended to the Town of Norfolk for EMS patient management and transport equipment.”
