Amendment #1051 to H4000

Veterans Counseling on Martha's Vineyard

Mr. Moakley of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0012, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $80,000 shall be expended to Martha’s Vineyard Community Services for counseling and services for veterans on Martha’s Vineyard”.
