Amendment #1053 to H4000

Woods Hole Film Festival

Mr. Moakley of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0640-0300, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended to the Woods Hole Film Festival for operations and programming”.
