Transportation for older adults on Martha's Vineyard

Mr. Moakley of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, by inserting after "ways and means” the following: “provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to Martha’s Vineyard Community Foundation for providing transportation services to older adults on Martha’s Vineyard”.
